AdWatch: "Vote her out" Trump PAC disendorsement

Trump is amping up his battle against those who voted in favor of the Democrats' $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill, calling on other Republicans to challenge them in primaries. "Saving America starts by saving the GOP from RINOs, sellouts, and known losers!" Trump said in a statement to followers of the Save America PAC. OTI Ad transcript:[Music and text without voiceover]:[images and links]: Three already quit. Save America from RINOs. Save America, President Donald J. Trump.

I want to be a new voice for the Republican Party

We do need to find a way to hold the president accountable and you're seeing corporations and companies say "not one more dime to those that objected, we're going to do the right thing." I want to be a new voice for the Republican Party and that's one of the reasons I've spoken out so strongly against the president, against these QAnon conspiracy theorists that led us in a constitutional crisis. It's just wrong and we've got to put a stop to it.

We can disagree without attacking one another

The irony in all of this is that the same people that were complaining and screaming about the president being silenced on Twitter want to silence a dissenting voice within our own party. I find that very hypocritical and very disappointing because we should embrace dissension. We should embrace debate. Part of the American experiment in this country is the ability and opportunity to debate ideas. Even when we disagree, we have the ability to agree to disagree and not attack one another.

Give a conservative voice to the people of South Carolina

As a candidate in the 2014 GOP primary, Mace has been a vocal adversary to Senator Lindsey Graham. She says, "He represents an establishment culture in Washington that is not prepared to handle the realities of the 21st century." If elected, she vows to give voters a voice that, she believes, has been lacking in Senator Graham. "Senator Graham does not vote in the interests of the people he represents." His votes for bailouts, debt increases, and tax hikes "simply isn't conservative," Mace claims. If elected, Mace intends to represent the people of South Carolina by standing on principle. "Too many Republicans in Washington like to negotiate with themselves." she says, "By the time they walk in the room with Democrats, they have already given away the store." Mace believes that the people of South Carolina are in need of real leadership and representatives that speak truth and does not shy away from the difficult decisions.

I am a general's daughter; I know a battle when I see one

I am a general's daughter. I know a fight when I see one. I never dreamed, however, that the battle to graduate a woman from The Citadel would turn out to be mine.

For as long as I can remember, my father has been my hero. I wanted more than to prove I was my father's daughter. To make him proud of me. I had little hope I would ever make that happen.

Life had always been a battle for me: I was a skinny, sensitive little girl, prone to sickness and often unhappy. My father was gone most of the time and paid little attention to me when he was home. I sometimes wondered if he even loved me. My mother was my primary source of comfort and strength, in part because we are so much alike. I always knew she loved me.

Model for new military haircut, "Nancy the Knob"

This was the moment I was rehearsing for--for nearly two months. Citadel officials had asked me to be a guinea pig--a model, to be politically correct--for the new female haircut. Several possibilities had been tried out, using a computer image of my head. I tried to imagine what it would feel like when my hair fell to the ground, and reassured myself countless times that I was ready to be transformed into a "knob," the word used to describe a hairless state of "Citadel Freshman".

The reflection I saw in the mirror showed me that the old Nancy was gone; in her place was Nancy the Knob. Well, I had wanted a new start. There was no turning back now. I emerged from the shop transformed into a knob, a freshman without gender. I later learned that one of my classmates didn't recognize me. He thought I was just another male knob, waiting to have my head shaved. It would be a long time before I looked like a girl again.

Certify 2020 Presidential election as fully & fairly counted.

Mace voted NAY blocking certification of the Electoral vote

Explanation of 1/6/21 Electoral Certification, by Emily Brooks, Washington Examiner:Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Paul Gosar led an objection to counting Electoral College votes from the state of Arizona, the first formal objection to state results in a series of moves that will delay the certification of Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 presidential election over President Trump. Cruz is advocating for an `emergency 10-day audit` of election returns in disputed states. The usually ceremonial joint session of Congress that convenes to count and accept Electoral College votes will be put on hold as the House and Senate separately debate the objection.
